The terms governing your use of Purupuru Maker.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Purupuru Maker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Purupuru Maker is a browser-based creative tool suite. It includes:

  • Local tools (such as Wobble Studio and Paper Animator) that process your images entirely in your browser. These files are never uploaded to our servers.
  • AI media generation (such as AI Dance) that uploads the photo you provide to third-party AI models to generate a video. AI Dance is powered by Nano Banana (image) and Kling (video motion). These features require an account and consume credits.

Accounts

Some features require you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service for personal, commercial, or non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process or generate content you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
  • Generate content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use of AI Generation

All AI-generated content is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits sexual/NSFW, violent, hateful, child-unsafe, deepfake/impersonation, and infringing content. Violations may result in the actions described under "Violations and Termination" below.

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you use with local tools and to photos you upload for AI generation. For local tools, files are processed entirely in your browser and never reach us. For AI generation, you grant us a limited license to process your uploaded photo solely to generate your requested output and to operate the Service; we do not use your uploads to train models without your explicit permission. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate, and you represent that you have the rights to it.

Billing, Credits, and Refunds

Paid features are sold as recurring subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Payments are processed by Waffo, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds. Prices and credit costs are shown before you pay or generate.

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period once it has been billed.
  • Credit packs: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. As an exception, a credit pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
  • Failed generations: If a generation fails on our side, the credits are automatically returned to your balance.
  • Legal rights: Nothing here limits refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Violations and Termination

If you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate without prior notice: remove or refuse to generate content, issue a warning, suspend or restrict your access, or terminate your account. Serious, illegal, or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. Credits or subscription time lost due to a violation-based termination are not refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Purupuru Maker name, logo, interface design, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in), Waffo (payments), our AI model providers, and analytics providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
