Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all content you upload to or generate with Purupuru Maker's AI media features (such as AI Dance). It supplements our Terms of Service. By using these features, you agree to follow this policy.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that falls into any of the following categories:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content — pornography, sexually explicit material, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence or gore — graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or harm to others.
  3. Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  4. Child-unsafe content — any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. We report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation — depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, especially to deceive, defame, or impersonate. Uploading a photo of someone other than yourself requires their permission.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement — content that infringes intellectual-property or publicity rights you do not hold.

Reporting Violations

If you find generated or shared content that violates this policy, report it to support@purupurumaker.io with a link or description. We review reports promptly and act on confirmed violations.

Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated pre-checks and human review to detect and act on prohibited content. Uploads and outputs may be reviewed when a report is received or when automated signals flag a concern. We may retain records of violations as needed to enforce this policy and comply with the law.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate without prior notice:

  • Refuse to generate, or remove, the offending content
  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend or restrict your access to AI features
  • Terminate your account
  • Report illegal content to law-enforcement or other authorities

Credits or subscription time lost due to enforcement of this policy are not refundable. See Terms of Service — Violations and Termination for related terms.
